sessions can be booked as A 1-time pay as you go or in 5 or 10 session blocks. pricing can be found below:

1:1 session: £50 (paid in advance)

block of 5 sessions: £240*

block of 10 sessions: £450**

*If booking the 5 session package, £120 must be paid before sessions begin with the remaining paid once the 3rd session is complete.

**If booking the 10 session package, £225 must be paid before sessions begin with the remaining £225 paid at the half way point.
