“I’ve been seeing Sarah for about 3 months. I thought I was going to hate gym sessions but am surprised to find that I am really enjoying it. Sarah is so warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get go. I am really enjoying strength training sessions with her and am already noticing a difference at home, I had to take my large, heavy cat to the vet the other day and immediately noticed how much easier it was to carry him in the cat carrier than the last time we went. “I started seeing Sarah in January this year.  

For context, it had been years since I'd seen the inside of a gym, I was carrying too much weight, my joints ached, I had no flexibility, no core muscles and had zero confidence in myself or my fitness.  In my early 50’s, I just could not imagine what state I'd be in by the time I got to retirement.    Looking for a PT was a truly terrifying thought back then but when I saw Sarah's Facebook post which mentioned her focus on getting women fitter and stronger at any age of their life, I decided to bite the bullet and get in touch. 

I am so glad I did.  It’s been life changing! 

It’s now 9 months on and I'm so much healthier, fitter and stronger.  I can feel muscles that I don’t remember ever being there and, as an added bonus, I've lost weight too.   

I now feel positive about my future health and that is a massive difference from where I started. 

Sarah is great.  She keeps me accountable and has pushed me to do things I never thought I could do. She has created a programme that is manageable and also educated me into what I should be doing in the gym and how to do the exercises. 

I never at any point felt judged or insecure with Sarah.  Her positivity and support has been so good for me.  


If you are like I was a few months ago, i’d say “Face your fears and make a change!”  What’s the worst that could happen? (you’ll still be lapping everybody on the couch)”
